Requirements

To successfully complete the practical exam, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Completion of Prior Exams: You must first complete the theoretical exam and the first part of the practical exam before proceeding with the final practical assessment. These foundational steps ensure that you are fully prepared for the practical challenges ahead.
Camera Device: You will need a camera-equipped device (such as a smartphone, tablet, or webcam) to record and submit video demonstrations. Make sure the device has good video quality and enough storage to capture your mock consultations and PT sessions.
Two Mock Clients: Arrange for two individuals to act as your mock clients. These clients will participate in your recorded PT sessions, allowing you to demonstrate your ability to assess, plan, and execute personalized training and consultation sessions.
Suitable Training Environment: Choose an environment that is conducive to performing personal training sessions. While home-based setups are acceptable, a professional training environment such as a gym or a well-equipped fitness space is preferred. This setting will allow you to demonstrate a wider range of exercises and training techniques effectively.
Submission of Assignments: Complete and submit the three required assignments, which include consultations, exercise planning, and PT sessions. Each assignment must be uploaded through the course platform for evaluation.
Stable Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection for uploading your video submissions and assignments to the course platform.

By meeting these requirements, you’ll be fully prepared to complete the practical exam and demonstrate your readiness to become a certified personal trainer.
